Kisspeptin is a naturally occurring peptide hormone that plays a crucial role in regulating the reproductive hormone system. It acts mainly in the brain (especially the hypothalamus) to control puberty, fertility, and sex hormone release.

* Stimulates release of GnRH
This triggers:
* LH (luteinizing hormone)
